Since the year 2003, laxmi Group is manufacturing 3 wheeler bodies. All press components Required for manufacturing this body are processed in our own Press Shop . Company of our line is 1000 Bodies per day We have Install Robotic line for manufacturing the body .
Regular Bodies of petrol, CNG, and Diesel Model are be produced along with model of facelift Bodies . Recently we have put second Robot (ABB make) in operation for the body manufacturing this robot are having 8 access for the moment spot welding, CO2 Welding, O/H Spot Welding And Robotic Welding Are Being Used For the Regular and facelift Bodies.

Regular and Facility windshield are the product laxmi group right frome 2007 the scratch we manufacturing regular and windshield witch include press operation (up 400 T). up to 2011 Started powder Coating and assembly of windshield.
From 2012 we start the ED Coating and 2013 we start the robot line for the manufacturing of the windshield.
• Muffler Painting
The muffler gets extremely hot so you will need high temperature paint. Something that can handle about 800 degrees. I searched around and most cheaper high temp automotive paint runs around $3.00 a can. Higher temperature paint, 1000 – 1200 degrees runs around $15 a can!!! Ok, I bought non-stainless steel to begin with because I have little money. The situation is still the same. What to do.
My father suggested to take a look at barbecue grill paint. So off to WalMart I went and sure enough… 1200 degree Rustoleum brand charcoal grill black paint for only $3.79 per can. Bingo! I bought two cans.
